Creating healthy, strong, positive relationships at work is a challenge.  We all want to work in an environment that is positive, supportive, empowering and where there are strong interpersonal relationships, good problem solving, open communication and healthy methods for dealing with conflict.  This absorbing and important presentation will address the challenges inherent in confronting workplace problems and will give participants tools to strengthen communication and breakdown the barriers to positive workplace relationships.

Personality Dimensions© is a new and exciting way of understanding ourselves and others!  PD is a personality inventory based on leading edge research into human motivation and behaviour, and helps to explain what motivates behaviour in people with different personalities or temperaments.


This seminar is highly interactive and fun! Utilizing personality “colours” we gain a deeper understanding into our own strengths, characteristics, values, and motivators.  This creates an uncomplicated language for every individual to convey complex ideas very simply. A self-discovery process will assist in enhancing interpersonal skills, communication, team-building, and improved living and working environments. It helps employees build better relationships by understanding themselves and others better.
